Universities Superannuation Pension Fund and Alinda Capital Partners completed the acquisition of PECO Pallet, a provider of pooled rental pallets. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Investment funds managed by Alinda Capital Partners, along with company management, acquired 100% ownership of Kelling Group Limited from Elysian Capital LLP. Kelling provides specialty equipment rental for UK infrastructure maintenance.

CVC Capital Partners Fund V agreed to sell its majority stake in ista, an energy efficiency service company, to Cheung Kong Property Holdings Limited. CKP will form a joint venture with CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited for the acquisition.

Victor Li, through CKP Canada, agreed to acquire Reliance Home Comfort, a Canadian provider of heating and cooling systems, from Alinda Capital Partners for C$2.8 billion.

CKP (Canada) Holdings Ltd., a subsidiary of Cheung Kong Property Holdings Ltd, completed its acquisition of Reliance Home Comfort from Alinda Capital Partners for an equity purchase price of C$2.82 billion. Reliance provides HVAC equipment rental, sale, and service to 1.7 million customers.
