Comfort Systems USA entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Tennessee Electric Company, Inc. dba T E C Industrial Construction and Maintenance, headquartered in Kingsport, Tennessee. T E C provides multidisciplined construction and industrial services, expected to contribute annualized revenues of $90-100 million.

Comfort Systems USA acquired Starr Electric Co., an electrical contractor founded in 1928 with offices in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Comfort Systems USA has agreed to acquire Walker Texas Holding Co., a family-owned Irving, Texas-based provider of commercial electrical services. The transaction is expected to close early in Q2 2019 and will add $325-375 million in annualized revenue.

Houston-based Comfort Systems USA Inc. acquired Indianapolis-based Compton Mechanical Systems Inc. The acquisition closed on June 6, 2017. Financial terms were not disclosed.

BCH Mechanical, a mechanical contractor based in Largo, Florida, was acquired by Comfort Systems USA in February 2017.
