Sumitomo Electric opens automotive wiring harness plant in Orhei, Moldova
Sumitomo Electric Bordnetze SE, a German subsidiary of Sumitomo Electric, has opened a new plant in Orhei, Moldova, for automotive wiring harnesses. The plant started full-scale operation in October 2017 and plans to increase employment to about 2,500 by 2019.
