ATC Group acquires Aero Controls to expand MRO capabilities
Air Transport Components (ATC Group) acquired Aero Controls, Inc. (ACI), an FAA-certified provider of specialized component MRO services headquartered in Seattle. ACI will operate as a business unit of ATC Group, expanding its geographic reach to the Pacific Northwest and enhancing capabilities in avionics, electromechanical, pneumatics, transmissions, hydraulics, and emergency equipment.
