Prinoth announced a $25 million investment to expand its Granby, Canada plant from 120,000 to 200,000 square feet, increasing production capacity for crawler carriers and snow groomers.

PRINOTH AG added two new halls with 2,300 m² of production and storage space at its Herdwangen site, more than doubling production capacity. The company also plans further investments of €15-20 million in the coming years.

Prinoth, part of the HTI Group, announced an agreement to purchase 100% of the capital stock of Jarraff Industries Inc., a US manufacturer of right-of-way maintenance and tree care equipment based in St. Peter, Minnesota.

Prinoth, a South Tyrol-based group, has fully acquired AHWI Maschinenbau GmbH, a forestry machinery manufacturer in Herdwangen-Schönach, Germany. The acquisition was completed at the end of 2016, and AHWI will become Prinoth's global competence center for vegetation management.
