Cooper Equipment Rentals

Cooper Equipment Rentals Ltd. acquired the Atlantic Canada assets of Herc Rentals Inc., including two branches in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and Saint John, New Brunswick.

Cooper Equipment Rentals purchased 4-Way Equipment Rentals in Edmonton from Canadian Equipment Rental Corporation (CERC) for $8.5 million. The acquisition marks Cooper's first entry into western Canada. The transaction is expected to close on February 9, 2017.
