Clarke Energy and INNIO are delivering a 13.4 MW natural-gas fuelled flexible generation plant to Nova Power & Gas SRL in Câmpia Turzii, Romania. The project consists of 4 INNIO Jenbacher J620 natural gas engines.

Clarke Energy acquired TEB Energy Business in Romania and Genelco Power Systems in Greece, adding 38 employees and expanding its reach to 27 countries.

GE's Distributed Power business and Clarke Energy USA will supply a turnkey 7.7-MW combined heat and power plant to Sebewaing Light & Water in Michigan. The plant will use two Jenbacher natural gas turbines and is expected to save the utility over $1.4 million per year.

Clarke Energy, as GE's channel partner, will provide a turnkey combined heat and power plant with two GE Jenbacher gas engines to Sebewaing Light & Water in Michigan. The 7.7 MW plant is funded by a public bond and will reduce electricity costs.

Kohler Co. acquired Clarke Energy Ltd., a British firm specializing in engine-based power plants, with 1,100 employees and annual sales of about $350 million. The acquisition was announced on February 2, 2017.
