Liuzhou Wuling Motors Industry Co., Ltd.

Wuling Motors' non-wholly owned subsidiary Wuling Industry signed an agreement to purchase automatic welding and assembly production lines and industrial robots from Shanghai Yipu for a net price of CNY34.8291 million. The equipment will be used to produce rear underbody parts for automobiles.
