Chilisin Electronics Corp.

Chilisin Electronics, an inductor maker under Yageo Group, will acquire 100% of Mag Layers through a share swap. Mag Layers will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Chilisin, with the share swap effective July 1, 2018.

Yageo Europe Holding B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Yageo Corporation, sold 100% of Ferroxcube International Holding B.V. to Chilisin Electronics Corp. for EUR 133.188 million (approximately TWD 45.28 billion).
