Armacell

Armacell will install a new PET foam production line near METYX's kitting facility in Manisa, Turkey, to locally produce PET foam for METYX's core kitting operations and distribution.

Armacell and smartMELAMINE announced a cooperation agreement for the global commercialization of high-performance melamine-based non-wovens for thermal and acoustic insulation in transportation and industrial applications. The initial term is 2 years with extension possibilities.

Luxembourg-based Armacell has acquired foam maker Nomaco's insulation business. Both companies have major operations in the Triangle area of North Carolina.
