Doncasters Group

IFA acquired Doncasters Precision Forge from the Doncasters Group on November 29, 2019, and rebranded it as IFA Precision Forge. The deal increased IFA's site size threefold to 680,000 sq. ft and expanded its capabilities to include closed-die forging.

Precimetal has acquired precision foundry Settas S.A. in Charleroi, Belgium, from Doncasters Ltd. The deal was supported by existing investors including Ciclad and new investor Profinpar.

Arlington Capital Partners acquired Doncasters Group's Blaenavon forging business in South Wales, UK, and created Forged Solutions Group to operate it independently.

TOG Manufacturing has joined the Nelson Fastener Systems family of companies, a division of Doncasters Group. The North Adams, MA facility will continue operations with its 36 employees.
