Unitywater awarded a contract to Calix to supply magnesium hydroxide liquid (MHL) for dosing at 55 wastewater pump stations across Moreton Bay, the Sunshine Coast and Noosa. Calix established an operational facility in Caloundra West to support the delivery.

Downer EDI has been awarded a A$600 million contract by Unitywater for water, sewerage, and recycled water services in Queensland, Australia. The contract commenced in May 2024 and extends over an initial five-year period with potential extensions.
