Bonduelle

Bonduelle Group has begun discussions to acquire Seneca Foods Corp.'s frozen products packaging plant in Lebanon, Pa. The plant has 7 packaging lines with a capacity of 45,000 tons. The transaction is expected to close in the next few weeks.

Bonduelle, a processor of ready-to-eat vegetables, is acquiring Ready Pac Foods, a US processor of single-serve salad bowls.

EnWave Corporation has been contracted by Bonduelle to increase the productivity of Bonduelle's 120kW REV Machinery by incorporating a continuous belt system, approximately doubling production capacity. Bonduelle will make a significant payment for the improvement.
