Grupa Azoty and Grupa Lotos signed a binding agreement for Grupa Lotos to invest 500 million PLN in the Polimery Police petrochemical project. The investment includes up to 300 million PLN in equity and up to 200 million PLN in a subordinated loan.

Grupa LOTOS signed a letter of intent with Grupa Azoty companies regarding a potential investment of up to PLN 500 million in the Polimery Police project, a polypropylene complex in Police, Poland.

Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne Police has agreed commercial terms for an exclusive propylene sales agreement between its subsidiary PDH Polska and Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn. The deal covers 100% of the 427,000 tonnes per year propylene output from the planned PDH plant in Police, Poland, for at least seven years.
