Grupa Azoty Police

PDH Polska S.A. approved the final selection of Hyundai Engineering as the general contractor for the Polimery Police project in Police, Poland, with a lump sum contract price of 992.8 million EUR. The total project CAPEX is not expected to exceed 1.18 billion EUR.

Shareholders of Grupa Azoty Police will decide on April 26, 2019, on a share capital increase of approximately PLN 1 billion to support the Polimery Police project, a chemical complex including propylene and polypropylene units. Hyundai Engineering was pre-selected as general contractor in March 2019.

Grupa Azoty Police expanded its PDH Polska project to include a polypropylene plant, with commercial startup planned for 2022 and a total budget of EUR 1.27 billion.
