Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd.

Dongfang Electric Group, the controlling shareholder of Dongfang Electric Corporation, will invest CNY 150 million in cash to increase its stake in Sichuan Dongshu New Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dongfang Turbine. After the investment, Dongfang Electric Group will hold 52.46% and Dongfang Turbine 47.54%.

Dongfang Electric Corporation, Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd., and Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems signed a three-party strategic cooperation agreement on November 7, 2018, to deepen cooperation in gas turbine manufacturing technology and expand collaboration in China and global markets.

Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems received an order from China Shenhua Guohua Power Co., Ltd. to supply gas turbine preventive detection services for a GTCC power plant near Beijing, starting April 2017.
