Ficosa International GmbH

Ficomirrors Polska, part of the Ficosa International Group, is expanding its industrial hall at its automotive plant in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Poland. BatiPlus is providing investor supervision services for the expansion.

Panasonic completed the acquisition of an additional 20% of Ficosa's shares, increasing its ownership to 69% and making Ficosa a consolidated subsidiary. The deal closed on July 4, 2017.

Ficosa International GmbH received an order to produce front mirrors (class VI) and close-proximity mirrors (class V) for three volume models of a Southern European utility vehicle manufacturer. The mirrors will be developed and produced in Wolfenbüttel, Germany.
