Yunnan Water, together with partners, won a PPP project from the Xinyi Housing and Urban-Rural Planning Bureau for water purification facilities in Xinyi, Guangdong. The estimated total investment is about RMB 1.0537 billion.

Yunnan Water (06839) together with Guangzhou Engineering General Contracting has won a PPP project for domestic wastewater treatment facilities in Jiexi County, Jieyang, Guangdong. The estimated total investment is approximately RMB 727 million.

Yunnan Water (06839) entered into a master purchase agreement with shareholder Beijing OriginWater (300070) to purchase membrane auxiliary materials from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020.

Yunnan Water, together with Xiamen Anneng and PowerChina Zhongnan Engineering, won a PPP project for water environment treatment in Chengdu, Sichuan, with an estimated total investment of 780 million yuan.

Yunnan Water (06839) and Haining Water Investment Group formed a joint venture, Zhejiang Haiyun Environmental Protection Co., with registered capital of RMB 1.1 billion. Yunnan Water will contribute RMB 539 million in cash for a 49% stake, focusing on water and environmental projects in Haining, Zhejiang.
