MACtac

Mactac, a LINTEC company, has acquired Duramark Products Inc., including its facilities in Minneapolis, Minn., and Moore, S.C.

Lintec's board resolved to acquire all membership interests of MACtac through its U.S. holding company Lintec USA Holding Inc. MACtac will maintain its manufacturing bases in the U.S. and Mexico.
