Lintec Corporation

Lintec's board resolved to acquire all membership interests of MACtac through its U.S. holding company Lintec USA Holding Inc. MACtac will maintain its manufacturing bases in the U.S. and Mexico.

Lintec USA Holding, Inc., a subsidiary of Lintec Corporation, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Vacuum Depositing, Inc., a roll-to-roll metallizer based in Louisville, Kentucky.
