Connecticut Water Service

SJW Group amended its merger agreement with Connecticut Water Service to an all-cash acquisition of all shares for $70.00 per share, valuing the transaction at $1.1 billion.

Connecticut Water Service, Inc. received approval from the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to acquire Heritage Village Water Company, which serves about 4,700 water customers and 3,000 wastewater customers.
