CIMC to acquire Maersk Container Industry for $1.08 billion
CIMC announced it has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Maersk Container Industry, the marine reefer and refrigerated container manufacturing business of Maersk Group, for approximately $1.0838 billion. The deal includes Maersk Container Industry's headquarters in Denmark and its factory in Qingdao, China.
