The Heico Companies LLC

Ancra Cargo and Ancra Systems BV, sister companies owned by The Heico Companies, will consolidate operations under Ancra Cargo to expand North American infrastructure and European market presence. The merger is expected on May 1, 2023.

C/A Design, part of Heico's Thermal Solutions Segment, broke ground on a new 115,000 sq ft headquarters in Exeter, New Hampshire. The $35 million investment will create up to 200 jobs and expand aluminum brazing capabilities for aerospace and defense.

The Heico Companies LLC acquired KaRo Kanal- und Rohrreinigungsmaschinen GmbH, a German manufacturer of drain and sewer cleaning equipment, on May 31, 2017. KaRo will be integrated with Heico's existing subsidiary Rioned.

The Heico Companies LLC acquired Ancra Systems B.V., a provider of automatic truck loading/unloading systems based in Boxtel, Netherlands. The acquisition aims to bring advanced loading technology to North America.
