Dompé

Dompè inaugurated an expansion of its production and R&D site in L'Aquila, Italy, enabled by a €30 million investment over the last two years, with 25 new hires announced for the year. The expansion adds about 9,000 square meters and brings total investment since 1993 to €250 million.

Bracco and Dompé have signed an agreement for Dompé to acquire Bracco's pharmaceutical division, which operates exclusively in Italy with an expected 2016 revenue of about EUR 80 million. Closing is expected by the end of 2016.
