Esaote

A consortium of Chinese investors, including YF Capital, Beijing Wandong Medical Technology, Shanghai FTZ Fund, Shanghai Tianyi Industries, Jangsu Yuyue Science & Technology, and Shanghai Kangda Medical Equipment, agreed to acquire Esaote, an Italian manufacturer of medical diagnostic systems.

Esaote S.p.A. opened a new plant in Genoa Multedo for research and production of dedicated MRI systems. The facility spans over 7,000 square meters, with a total investment of more than 15 million euros.
