Saudi Arabian Military Industries

State-owned Saudi Arabian Military Industries (Sami) acquired a majority stake in Aircraft Accessories & Components Company (AACC) to boost defence manufacturing capabilities and expand MRO services in the Middle East and North Africa.

Saudi Arabian Military Industries (Sami) and France's Figeac Aéro signed an agreement at the Paris Air Show to form a joint venture to build a metallic aerostructures manufacturing plant in Riyadh or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Sami will be the majority shareholder.

Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI), FIGEAC AERO Group, and Dussur signed an agreement to establish SAMI FIGEAC AERO Manufacturing LLC, which will build a high-precision manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia to produce aero structures components.
