Truly Semiconductors

Truly Semiconductors signed an agreement with the Meishan City government to establish a joint venture to construct a 6-Gen AMOLED line and a 5-Gen TFT LCD production line in Meishan, Sichuan, China. The total project cost is estimated at 40.4 billion Yuan (almost $6 billion USD), with the AMOLED fab costing $4.1 billion USD.

Shinsung ENG announced a 24.6 billion won ($21.8 million) contract to supply display manufacturing equipment to Truly Semiconductors Ltd. The contract runs until December 5, 2017.

YMC (YMC Co., Ltd.) signed a contract with Hong Kong-based Truly Semiconductors to relocate LCD manufacturing equipment. The contract is valued at 37.6567 billion KRW (approx. $55 million) and runs until November 30, 2018.

YMC has signed a contract to supply LCD manufacturing equipment to Truly Semiconductors Ltd. The contract is worth KRW 35.46 billion, representing 66.74% of YMC's recent sales. The contract was originally signed on 10 November 2016.
