OCL India Ltd

The board of OCL India approved the merger with Dalmia Cement East; the combined company will retain the name OCL India.

As part of the integrated cement plant expansion, Dalmia Cement will set up a new cement manufacturing capacity of 2.5 MTPA at Biswali, Cuttack, with an investment of approximately Rs. 400 crore.

OCL India Ltd., part of Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd., laid the foundation stone for a new integrated cement plant (Dalmia DSP Unit) at Rajgangpur, Odisha. The plant will have 2.25 MTPA cement and 3 MTPA clinker capacity, with an investment of Rs. 2,500 crore, expected to be commissioned by early 2020.

OCL India Ltd received local support for a new 2.25Mta cement plant and 3Mta additional clinker capacity in Rajgangpur, Sundargarh district, moving closer to final environmental clearance.

The boards of Dalmia Bharat Ltd and OCL India Ltd approved a merger to create India's fourth largest cement company. The merged entity will be named Dalmia Bharat Ltd.
