Dalmia Bharat Ltd

Dalmia Bharat commenced commercial production of its new grinding unit with a capacity of 2.4 MTPA at Lanka, Assam.

Dalmia Bharat announced it achieved its target of 49.5 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) production capacity by the end of fiscal year 2025.

Dalmia Bharat is set to acquire bankrupt Kalyanpur Cement after lenders approved a debt resolution plan that may exceed INR 3.5 billion. The NCLT has not yet approved the acquisition.

The boards of Dalmia Bharat Ltd and OCL India Ltd approved a merger to create India's fourth largest cement company. The merged entity will be named Dalmia Bharat Ltd.
