Hanwha Total Petrochemical

Grace has licensed its Unipol PP Process Technology to Hanwha Total Petrochemical for a new 400 kiloton-per-year polypropylene production facility in Daesan, South Korea, expected to begin operations in 2021.

Hanwha Total Petrochemical approved $331 million to build a new polyethylene (PE) production facility in Daesan, South Korea, increasing annual PE capacity by 400,000 tons to 1.12 million tons. The project is slated for completion in late 2019.
