Schiller Automatisierungstechnik GmbH, part of SCIO Automation Group, has acquired Mojin Robotics GmbH, a specialist in autonomous transport vehicles and robotic solutions.

VESCON and Schiller have merged their competencies in a holding company as of December 1, 2018, with Quadriga Capital becoming the majority shareholder.
