OMRON Nohgata

Advantech entered into an agreement to acquire 80% of OMRON Nohgata, a subsidiary of OMRON Corporation, with Advantech and its Japan subsidiary owning 50% and 30% respectively. The deal will expand Advantech's embedded system market share in Japan.
