Aeromet International

Pursuit Aerospace has acquired Aeromet International, a supplier of aluminum and magnesium castings to the Aerospace & Defense industries, from Privet Capital.

Aircraft engine parts manufacturer Pursuit Aerospace has acquired aluminum and magnesium castings producer Aeromet International from investment firm Privet Capital. The deal expands Pursuit's product offerings to include light alloy components and adds three manufacturing sites in the UK.
