Mespack

Mespack and Fuji Seal signed a collaboration agreement to integrate Fuji Seal's pre-made spouted pouches with Mespack's HF Series filling machines and sell them as an all-inclusive package across European and American markets.

Mespack, a Duravant subsidiary making flexible packaging machinery, acquired Barcelona-based SR Innova, which makes secondary packaging and end-of-line machinery. The deal was announced on August 8, 2017; the value was not disclosed.
