Sdiptech AB has acquired all shares in WaterTech of Sweden AB, a producer of specialized chemicals for optimizing industrial water systems. WaterTech will work closely with Sdiptech's business unit Kemi-tech in Denmark.

Sdiptech AB completed the acquisition of JR Industries Ltd in the UK during the first quarter of 2024.

Sdiptech AB has acquired all shares in GAH (Refrigeration) Ltd, a UK leader in last mile transport refrigeration solutions, for GBP 33 million. GAH has a turnover of GBP 27.5 million.

Sdiptech AB acquired all shares in Water Treatment Products Limited and its holding company. The company is valued at GBP 15.9 million, with GBP 10.3 million paid at closing.

Sdiptech acquired all shares of Vera Klippan, a leading producer of large-dimension pipes and cisterns for chemicals, water, sewage, ventilation chimneys and scrubbers, with annual revenue of about 15 MSEK.

Sdiptech AB acquired all shares of Rogaland Industri Automasjon AS, including 51% of its subsidiary Agder Industri-Automasjon AS, on July 2, 2018. RIA specializes in automation systems for water and wastewater treatment.

Sdiptech has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in KSS Klimat- & Styrsystem AB, a company specializing in control and monitoring systems for real estate automation. The company is valued at SEK 123.6 million, with a maximum total purchase consideration of SEK 155.7 million including performance-based payments.

Sdiptech signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Topas Vatten AB and Topas Vatten Service AB, expanding its offerings in niche technical services for urban infrastructure.
