II-VI obtained antitrust clearance from China for its acquisition of Finisar, with closing expected on or about September 24, 2019. The deal has an equity value of approximately $3.2 billion.

II-VI Inc and Finisar Corp announced the results of elections by Finisar stockholders regarding the form of merger consideration in their pending acquisition, with about 80.2% electing cash consideration.
