K-Line

K-Line, a subsidiary of Groupe Liébot, opened a new 48,500 m² factory in Saint-Vulbas, France, for manufacturing custom aluminum windows and sliding doors. The €70 million investment includes a robotic production line and a painting line.

Bremen-based shipping company Harren & Partner reached an agreement with K Line to acquire German heavy lift carrier SAL Heavy Lift. The acquisition is set to close on July 27, 2017.
