RPM International Inc. announced that its Rust-Oleum business has acquired Ali Industries LLC, a manufacturer of sandpaper and other abrasives.

Mantrose-Haeuser Co., a division of RPM International, acquired Profile Food Ingredients LLC, a manufacturer of dry stabilizer and emulsifier blends with annual net sales of about $25 million.

RPM International Inc. announced that its Tremco business has acquired Schul International Co., LLC and Willseal LLC, manufacturers of joint sealants for commercial construction, with combined annual net sales of approximately $15 million.

RPM International Inc. has signed an agreement to acquire SPS Group, a Dutch decorative and specialty coatings company with annual net sales of approximately $60 million. SPS will operate as part of RPM's Rust-Oleum European business.

RPM International Inc. acquired Adhere Industrial Tapes Ltd., a UK-based manufacturer of foam tapes for construction and industrial applications, to be part of its tremco illbruck business group.
