Topcon Corporation

Topcon established a new production line for optical surveying instruments at its existing Yamagata factory in Japan, expanding capacity to meet global demand. The expansion includes multiple production process upgrades.

Topcon Corporation, through its American subsidiary, acquired all outstanding shares of ClearEdge3D, a developer of as-built modeling and construction verification software. Terms were not disclosed.
