Material Handling Systems Inc. (MHS) has acquired the U.S. conveyors business arm of TGW Logistics Group, based in Norton Shores, Michigan. The transaction is expected to close in February 2021.

MHS entered into a definitive agreement to purchase certain assets related to TGW Systems, Inc.'s U.S. conveyor business unit, based in Norton Shores, Michigan. The transaction is expected to close in February 2021, and MHS plans to retain the employees.

TGW Systems Inc. plans to move to a new facility two miles away in Norton Shores to double capacity and accommodate growth from its parent company's Austrian operations.
