Xtek, Inc.

Xtek received its first Australian customer order for Small Arms Protective Insert (SAPI) plates from the Australian Defence Force. The plates are produced at Xtek's Adelaide plant using XTclave technology.

XTEK Ltd has received a purchase order from FY Composites for its in-house produced personal Small Arms Protective Insert (SAPI) plates. The order is for qualification purposes and is the first European order for XTEK's latest rigid SAPI plate produced using XTclave technology.

Xtek, Inc. acquired Precision Machine Inc. and Precision Maintenance, Inc., both located in Paducah, Kentucky, to expand its maintenance service offerings in the Southeast US.
