New Hampshire Ball Bearings Inc.

MinebeaMitsumi Inc., through its subsidiary New Hampshire Ball Bearings, signed a Stock Purchase Agreement to acquire all shares of C&A Tool Engineering, Inc., a manufacturer of high-precision parts for medical, aerospace, defense, fuel system and industrial markets.

MinebeaMitsumi and the Development Bank of Japan agreed to acquire all shares of C&A Tool Engineering, a precision machinery metal processing manufacturer in Indiana, with MinebeaMitsumi holding 51% and DBJ 49%.
