TEAM Technologies acquired Baril, a manufacturer of infection prevention, wound care, and medical consumable products, to expand die-cutting and laminating capabilities for healthcare.

Team Technologies, Inc. will invest $6 million to expand its manufacturing operations in Morristown, Tennessee, creating 160 new jobs. The expansion will increase manufacturing capabilities and product lines.

COLTENE Holding AG acquired the business and assets of Diatech LLC, a telesales and online vendor of dental burs and orthodontic products, based in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The acquisition price was not disclosed. Closing is expected on March 31, 2017.
