Gaussin SA and Macnica Inc acquired the assets of autonomous vehicle firm Navya SA for EUR 1.4 million in April 2023, forming a joint venture called Gaussin Macnica Mobility (GMM), 51% owned by Gaussin and 49% by Macnica.

NAVYA, a French autonomous vehicle company, will build a 20,000+ square foot manufacturing plant in Saline, Michigan, with a capital investment of over $1 million, creating 50 jobs, and plans to build 25 ARMA shuttles by end of 2017.
