Rieter signed additional contracts with Cotton & Textiles Holding Company at the Swiss-Egyptian Investment Forum in Cairo, totaling around CHF 210 million, for the modernization of the Egyptian textile industry.

Rieter signed additional contracts with the Cotton & Textiles Holding Company at the Swiss-Egyptian Investment Forum in Cairo, worth around 30 million Swiss francs, as part of a modernization program for the Egyptian textile industry. Total contract volume is around 210 million Swiss francs.

Egypt's Holding Company for Cotton, Spinning & Weaving signed the first phase contracts worth $270 million for the supply of modern textile machines from seven Swiss, German, and Italian companies. The machines are to be delivered during 2020-2021.

Rieter Group signed contracts worth 180 million Swiss francs with Cotton & Textile Industries Holding Co. of Cairo, Egypt, for delivery of compact- and ring-spinning systems over two years as part of a modernization program.

Rieter is acquiring the textile machinery division of Schweiter for nearly 125 million Swiss francs.
