Spanish carton printing group Alzamora has acquired Offset Print & Packaging of Aylesford, near Maidstone, UK. The combined businesses will have 300 staff. The deal value was not disclosed.
Alzamora Group has acquired Lisbon-based packaging company Novotipo to strengthen its position in the domestic market and expand internationally. The combined group has a turnover of around 35 million euros.
