FAMUR Russia signed a contract to supply a longwall system to the Uvalnaja mine in Russia, worth approx. PLN 73 million. FAMUR FAMAK signed a contract with Tata Steel Ijmuiden BV to supply a ship unloader to the Netherlands, worth approx. PLN 54 million.

Famur Famak S.A., a subsidiary of FAMUR S.A., signed a letter of intent with Tata Steel IJmuiden BV for the delivery of a ship unloader. The contract value is approximately PLN 55 million, with completion expected by the end of 2019.

FAMUR SA submitted an offer to purchase 65.8% of shares in KOPEX SA from TDJ, consolidating Polish mining machinery manufacturers. The integration is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2018.
