Marshalls Civils & Drainage has secured a £6 million framework agreement with Severn Trent Water to supply precast concrete storm tanks under the AMP8 programme. The contract was awarded following a three-stage tender process.

Marshalls plc signed an agreement to acquire Marley Limited from Inflexion Buyout Fund V and management for approximately £540 million. The deal includes £371 million in cash and 24.09 million shares, with completion expected on April 29, 2022.

Hiab, part of Cargotec, will supply Marshalls plc with 108 HIAB loader cranes, including X-HiDuo 138 B-2 and X-HiPro 099R models, along with HiConnect and ProCare services, for €4.9 million.

Marshalls plc acquired Edenhall Holdings Limited, Britain's largest independent brick manufacturer and Europe's leading supplier of concrete facing bricks. Edenhall had a turnover of £33m in 2017 and employs about 250 people.

Marshalls has taken delivery of a package of Volvo Construction Equipment machines for its quarrying and manufacturing operations in northern England and Bedfordshire. The package includes loading shovels, articulated haulers, and excavators.
