Nanjing Estun Automation Co., Ltd.

Nanjing Estun Automation Co is in talks with German automation company M.A.i over a 50.01% stake purchase worth a total of 8.87 million euros ($10.43 million).

Estun Technology North America, a subsidiary of Nanjing Estun Automation, will acquire and invest $9 million in Barrett Technology for a 30% stake, to collaborate on micro servo systems and collaborative robots.

Estun (Hubei) Robot Engineering Co., Ltd. began construction of an industrial robot production base in Jingmen High-tech Zone, Hubei, China, with a total investment of 500 million yuan, to produce full-series articulated industrial robots with an annual capacity of 3,200 units.

Nanjing Estun Automation Co., Ltd., through its subsidiary Dynacon Industrial Limited, agreed to acquire 100% of UK-based TRIO Motion Technology Limited for £15.5 million. TRIO provides motion control technology for industrial automation.
