Verdant Commercial Capital executed a multi-year Vendor Program Agreement with KION North America to provide retail financing for Linde and Baoli forklifts in the United States.

KION North America completed a new 1-megawatt solar energy system at its Summerville, S.C., headquarters manufacturing facility, offsetting around 80% of annual energy consumption.

KION North America is investing $5.7 million to expand its existing operations in Dorchester County, South Carolina, creating over 50 new jobs. The expansion will increase production capacity from 3,000 units per year in 2015 to approximately 12,000 units per year by 2020.
